Well, it has happened again where the number 16 seed takes on the number 1 seed and prevails. Keith and Steve served up one to Jenna and Luke and will advance.
Allie and Kevin R. eliminated Bob and Paul like a cat with a urinary tract infection: slowly with steadily applied pain.
Paul Dwayne got the upper hand early on Jordan Hanahan and that dictated the outcome. Paul and Kevin Z(played The Course) advance.
Craig Marsh took on Ron and Ian singlehandedly last week and basically wore out Ron like the sole of an old boot. Ian did OK, but couldn’t make up for Ron’s “No Show” performance. Craig and Mike G. move on in the playoffs.
Chris R. and Erick Manda defeated Gary and Jeremy Smith. It went close up to hole 17 where the winners were found. Chris and one of the Mandas move on.
Tony and Bill were victorious over Paul C. and Phil M. It was close up to the 5th hole and then Phil stumbled on the way in providing zbill the chance to put it away. Tony and Bill move on.
Gary Swanson and Ken Crouch sent Chelsea and Jody to the losers bracket, barely.
Kevin Horgan and Joe Super Sub Galli dispatched Alex and Phil S. to advance in the playoffs.
The Birdie Pool 2021 is completed. There is a tie for 1st Place: Paul Dwayne and Kevin Riley, they each had 8. 2nd Place is Ian with 6. Everyone else is not worthy of comment.
