Week 11 results and Week 12 matchups

We finally completed a decent round of golf without weather or darkness issues!!!
Check out the standings and see you on Wednesday night.
Oh, by the way, Jody grabbed an Eagle on number 6. Great work for the big hitter showing some touch near the green.

We’re moving to week 11 because week 10 just isn’t happening

Week 10 has thwarted our efforts to keep it cordial, so we’re leaving it in the rearview mirror and moving on to week 11.
Check the schedule and guess what? It looks like crappy weather for tomorrow.
Check in with the course to see if it is closed. We will do our level best to squeeze it in, but remember, safety is our tertiary priority.

Week 10

It is supposed to be another hot Wednesday, so we will once again be providing 2 non-alcoholic drinks from the beverage cart to keep our members properly hydrated.
Also, we are welcoming back an old friend of the league, Jonathan Prange as he subs in for Craig Marsh. Since he hasn’t played with us in a while I will recalculate his handicap after the round is completed.
Check the Standings and check my math.
See you out there soon.
Rusty
ps- The League will not formally play golf on July 7th. However, if groups would like to from up and play you will need to call the desk to arrange a tee time to be sure you can get out whe/if you want.

Week 9 Matchups

Sportsfans,
We hope all the fathers out there had a great Father’s Day yesterday.
League particulars:
Congratulations to Paul Caizzi scoring a Hole in One on Lakeside Number 5. He was playing a Snell no. 2 ball and used a Driver. He was playing against Chris Riley who could only utter, “shit” when it happened.
Kevin Riley gave me 4 strokes and then watched me fall apart under the weight of such a precious gift. He also carded another birdie and leads the Pool with 6. Ian is in a close 2nd with 5.
Check the Standings page and we’ll see you out there on Wednesday.
By the way, several subs were used over the last few weeks and owe their $10 participation fees to Rusty. If he doesn’t receive the money soon the points they earned as a sub will be removed from that team’s score.
Thanks for playing.
